220kV Jialong 43T1, Luolong 43R6 line is an important line for energy transmission to the green petrochemical base on Yushan Island, Zhoushan, which is the world's largest single industrial project in terms of investment, as well as a key national strategic project. Zhoushan Power Supply Company has been committed to strengthening the construction of island power grid lines and intelligent operation and maintenance, making every effort to ensure power supply for the base, and creating an demonstration of whole industry chain services of oil and gas. Safeguarding the safe and reliable power supply of Yushan green petrochemical base will better serve the faster development of China's petrochemical industry and marine economy.
In July 2018, our transmission line distributed fault diagnostic system was applied to 220kV Jialong 43T1, Luolong 43R6 line double circuit line. The system can quickly determine the fault interval, clarify operation and maintenance responsibilities, locate the fault point, guide rapid emergency repairs, effectively shorten the time of power outage due to line faults, reduce the loss of transmission capacity caused by power outages, and provide guarantees for the rapid recovery of power supply.
Qingmin line, Fufeng line, and Huaibei Line are typical AC 220kV trans-area transmission lines, which are all under the jurisdiction of Fuzhou Power Supply Company, and are an important part of the Fuzhou power grid. Due to the zoning management of urban power lines and the increasing complexity of the lines, the fault tripping rate is correspondingly high. In order to realize the rapid diagnosis of line faults, our company's distributed fault diagnosis device has been installed and applied on transmission lines such as the Qingmin Line, Fufeng Line, and Huaibei Line. Since its application, this system has made great contributions to the stable operation and fault handling of the lines, especially in providing important reference basis for zoning responsibility management, fault positioning, fault cause identification, and line renovation of transmission lines.
